He said to them, “Then give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” – Luke 20:25 NIV

This is my favorite verse in the Bible. It opened my eyes to a lot of things and the verse that convicted me to give my life over to Jesus. The first time in my life that Jesus was truly God happened as I read this verse. His wisdom is incomprehensible and His word poured life into me. Nothing is above God, no monetary value can be compared to His glory and majesty.

  2. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 143:8, “Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.”

  3. Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬

My favorite verse is Psalms 25-7. As we all have a past, God will not remember us for the sins of our youth. When I gave my heart to God he reminded me that his love for me is greater than any sin of my youth. This verse has reassured me that turning to God is no mistake. 🙏🏽 I am redeemed

“When you go through rough waters, I will be with you.”
    Isaiah 43:2
This taught me so much about God. He is always there when times aren’t going well. He knows the pain and He knows when you cry on your pillow. He sent His son into a world of fear and doubt, yet Jesus still died for us. God is so good!!!

The verse about restoration of what the locusts have eaten. It was impressed on me though several devotions at a time when things in my life were at a very bad place. Gradually over the years God has restored most of what had been lost with more and better things.

  7. One of my favorite verses that I hold on to and share with others to stay encourage is:
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord , plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11

  8. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.
    Matthew 28:6 ESV
This is very favourite verse of mine..Because he left the tomb to come in to my soul.He was resurrected in me.

  9. Evgeniya Kichigina

    Psalm 23
    King James Version
23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

  10. Lynda Mary Clifton

Romans 15:13 ‘Now the God of hope fill you will all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.’

Without God’s hope, which is so different to the vague hope of those who are not born again, we are lost. But with God’s hope we are confident day by day, as we are filled with the Holy Spirit. Hope for now and eternally because of God’s free gift of salvation to all who receive Him.

My favorite bible verse is John 3:16. I’ll never forget the days my Great Grandma memorized it with me. It was the very first verse I had ever memorized and still to this day, it rings true and am always reminded of its meaning.

  12. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.
    Matthew 28:6
My favorite verse of mine.It shows the real truth is our lord.As he resurrected also he will ressurrect me.

  13. Gabrielle S

My favorite verse is Matthew 15:24-26: “Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. 26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?”
Because it is a constant reminder of what Christ did for us, so we should do the same for Him.
