Billy Graham once said, “Many ask me, ‘Who is the greatest Christian I’ve ever known?’ I always answer, ‘Ruth.’ She’s the greatest Christian I’ve ever known.”
Today, marks what would have been Ruth Bell Graham’s 95th birthday. Mrs. Graham was born in China, where her parents were serving as medical missionaries, on June 10, 1920. Ruth met Billy Graham at Wheaton College in Illinois, and served the Lord by his side for more than 60 years.
We recently took a look at Ruth’s Room inside the Library, an exhibit which honors Ruth’s life, and the Memorial Prayer Garden where she was laid to rest in 2007.
