An illustrated card from Ruth Bell Graham’s friend, Richard Jesse Watson

Among Ruth Bell Graham’s many beloved possessions was her cat, Chester. Richard Jesse Watson even made sure that Chester was included in the illustrations of Ruth’s “One Wintry Night.” It’s came as no surprise then, that he would create a special version of Chester when he later sent Mrs. Graham a card.

This card is part of the private collection of Ruth Bell Graham.
