Since opening in 2007, more than 1.5 million people have visited the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C. But we know that many have not had the opportunity to visit in person. Over the next few weeks we will be taking you on a virtual tour of the Billy Graham Library, starting today with the Library grounds.
Thank you so much for sharing this. Bringing tears to my eyes. I think tears of joy and honor and sadness for my unsaved family. What a beautiful legacy to our sweet Jesus!! Blessings my dear family?
I had the Opportunity to visit the Billy Graham library in person, however I actually enjoyed this video more because it was not crowded and I had the opportunity to see everything up close. Thank you for the video.
What a beautiful video. Just looking at it, I sense the peace and tranquility! I am so thrilled to get to view this spiritual, and final resting place for Billy and Ruth. Thank you!
My Chinese wife and I visited the Library only three weeks after Mr. Graham passed away.
It was an emotional experience to stand at his gravesite. As a young boy, my mother took me and my little sister to the 1957 Madison Square Gaden Crusade at which Mr. Graham spoke for many weeks. I do not remember his message that day so many years ago…but as the choir sang, “Just as I am,” I began weeping. I believe this was the first time I was touched by the Spirit of God. So, as I stood at Billy Graham’s gravesite, my eyes again filled with tears as I reverently honored how God had used His servant so powerfully across the globe for so many decades.
I highly recommend a visit to,the Billy Graham Library.
The “foot of the cross” site brought tears to my eyes. The Spiritual thought and physical site of those grounds depict the great commitment to Jesus by the Graham family and is a beautiful thing to behold. The legacy of the property serves as a witness. Praying for many years of peace there so future theologians, ministers and lay persons can enjoy an honorarium to Our Lord.
I’ve been to the Billy Graham library the past two years. It is very inspiring and hope to visit again. Everyone is so friendly, the library itself is simply amazing. The book store has a wonderful selection. And the food is really good. I would highly recommend a visit. You’ll leave with a peaceful joy in your heart. You can feel God’s love there.
One of the nicest experiences we have ever had. My husband surprised me on Billy’s 95th Birthday and drove me to the library!! We would like to go back again someday. We spent the whole day, ate at the Dairy Bar, toured everything. ??
Thank you for this tour. I have always wanted to come to the Billy Graham Cove but in reality I don’t see how that will happen. I loved Billy Graham. I can remember laying on the floor with my face resting on my hands listening to his voice on tv at about 7 years old. I will soon be 60. Wonderful days those were. So much wisdom.
Thank you so much for this, so very sweet and anointed video. Yes the peace and presence of the Holy Spirit is definitely in that place, what a special place it is. Tears of gratitude flow quietly as I watched, can’t wait to get back there soon.
Enjoyed the first virtual tour of the grounds of the Billy Graham Library. Thanks for offering this opportunity. I look forward to visiting in person one day soon.
Thank you for sharing this virtual tour! I hope someday to see the area in person. Billy Graham still is a source of comfort and support in my life and it is wonderful to see such a beautiful place where his memory can stay alive.
Thank you! Very serene and beautiful! I would love to visit one day. Wish I could’ve taken my mother there! She would have truly loved a visit there. We are humbled to see the garden!
This is a beautiful place. Visited there once but would love to visit again. Billy and Ruth were both great godly people and a great inspiration to many many people. God bless and thanks for this wonderful virtual tour. Am looking forward to the next one.
A wonderful, peaceful place where you feel the spirit of the Rev. and his family. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Well worth a visit any time you are in the Charlotte area.
This is awesome! I have visited a couple of times and worked in the BGEA office for 25 years—mostly in Minneapolis but also in the Charlotte office for several years.
That was just absolutely wonderful! My sisters and I have always wanted to come for a visit, but couldn’t. This tour has been forwarded to many, many people. They were thrilled and grateful to be a part of Billy Graham from afar. One person sang with the choir when Billy came to Pittsburgh!
Thank you very much,
Verna
I have been to the Billy Graham Library . I think it is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. As I was taking the tour of the library, I could feel the presence of God in and around me . I don’t know of anyone who goes through the library without feeling the presence of the Lord and want to dedicate their life to him. That’s what happened to me .
Thank you very much for sharing. I look forward to some day I can make it there in person. I listen to one of Billy’s sermons from the website every evening. God bless
So enjoyed the virtual tour of the beautiful, peaceful grounds of The Billy Graham Library, and look forward to future tours of the library and childhood home. I also want to come visit in person. Such a beautiful setting, as is Montreat, conveys a wonderfully serene peace I felt when walking the tour, with a soft breeze and lovely flowers in the Prayer Garden.
May I purchase a two bricks to inscribe in memory of my mom and my brother. My family loved Dr. Billy, and always gleaned so much from his messages.
Billy and Ruth Graham were model representatives of Jesus Christ. My family and I visited the library many years ago. It was a wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting again.
I was born again over the TV by Billy back in the 70’s when he said “I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that when I die I am going to Heaven” and I shot right back at the TV “What makes you so sure?” and Billy answered me and led me in the sinner’s prayer. What joy and peace came when the Holy Spirit came to live in my heart. We visited the Library in 2014 and it was a treasure to behold. I hope you make a DVD of the virtual tour so we can have it in our homes to share w/others.
Thank you so much for the virtual tour. For those of us who live far away, it’s nice to get a feeling for this special site, feeling like we’re almost there in person. I’m looking forward to the remainder of the virtual tours!
I was saved in Billy Graham overseas crusade in late 1970 early 80’s and still so grateful and this was one of best decisions I ever made in my life.
Lived in States for more then four decades. I still love his replay Crusade on the TV Channels and never get old to me and this Library is my next road trip destination once this pandemic situation getting better.
Few of my friends are planning to visit in the near future.
How thoughtful and kind of you to offer this virtual tour. I know it would be an unforgettable blessing to be there in person, but living as far away as I do, I’ve never thought that I would be able to.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience!
May God bless you as you go about doing God’s work, as Mr. Graham taught you to do.
The virtual tour is a delight. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful flowers/grounds as well as the graves of Dr. and Mrs. Graham. I look forward to the other tours.

Awesome! Would love to see the grounds. I live in N.W Oklahoma City. I’m 48 years old and have followed The Grahams since 2007. My grandparents took me in 1982 or 81 here in Oklahoma City. Was in 1st grade.
I very much enjoyed this virtual tour and look forward to seeing more. I would love to be there in reality but that may not ever be possible. Thank you so much for sharing! God bless you.
I was saved at a Billy Graham Crusade in Albuquerque, NM.in the 70’s
We were privileged to come to the library several years ago. It was so inspiring. I would love to come back someday and volunteer.
Thank you for making it possible for me to tour the beautiful grounds of the library! I live in Montana and do not travel anymore, so “virtually” was the only way I would be able to see the beauty of God’s creation at this most special place. God bless you for making it possible!
Loved the tour! Hope to get there in person one day.
I grew up listening to Billy Graham on the radio every Sunday
afternoon. He had a tremendous influence on my life. So grateful
for him and the work of evangelism which continues because of
him.
Brother Graham was a wonderful man of God. We all loved him and he is truly missed. Thank God for his life to bringing the gospel to so many people. And so many people came to know Jesus because of his ministry. What I loved the most about him is that he preached the simple gospel. Never added or took away any of God’s word, but just simply brought the gospel to all.
That was wonderful. I’ve always wanted to see it. I pray that one day I will see it, should it be God’s will. Thank you for the tour. I want more than ever to see it.
Thank you for sharing this with us. We have been unable to make it back there. I long to come again soon. It is the most serene place I have ever been. God Bless you as you continue to share the gospel of Jesus!
We have visited many times, but so enjoyed the virtual tour especially during this difficult time. We already receive updates and love learning of the events. We’ll be sharing this with our “Home Group”. Thank you and all those who keep this ministry going.
Awesome. I grew up in North Carolina and followed Billy Graham as I too preached the Gospel of Christ. I now live in Arkansas but can’t wait to visit the museum!
I was honored to pay my respects to Mr. Graham as he laud in state at the Capital Rotunda in February 2018. I was so moved by this experience that I made plans to visit the library in August which became a reality. The emotional experience was beyond words of expression. The library was a huge celebration of Mr. Graham’s tours and tributes plus his parent’s home was very interesting. Visiting the resting places of Mr. and Mrs. Graham brought tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat. I thanked the Lord for the mighty calling placed upon Mr. Graham and the souls who gained salvation because of his obedience to the Lord. I was moved by this entire experience and was so blessed by it.
So beautiful grounds very much enjoyed the virtual tour so looking forward to the next tour thank you so very much for having this. Billy and ruth were a loving couple whom we all looked up to God bless this lovely place we can come to again Thank you so very much!
Thank you for the tour! Have wanted to visit for a long time. I have listened to Billy Graham since I was a child with my Mother. He helped bring me to Jesus at 10 years old. I am so thankful!!
