5 Ways to Pray for the Billy Graham Library – April 2017

April 20, 2017

Categories: Prayer

At the Billy Graham Library we begin our days with prayer. Before guests even arrive, our volunteers pray over each and every visitor that will enter through the doors—that they will have an encounter with Christ.

As we continue our prayer ministry, we would be honored if you—our online guests—will allow us to pray for you. Share your requests in the comments below (all comments are reviewed before they appear online, so if you’d like them to remain anonymous, you can indicate “PRIVATE” at the beginning of your comment, or simply state “unspoken prayer”).

We also covet your prayers. Here are five ways you could pray for the Billy Graham Library this month:

  • Please ask the Lord to “establish peace for us” in The Journey of Faith, Ruth’s Attic, the Dairy Bar, the Homeplace, the Prayer Garden, and every area of the Library campus (Isaiah 26:12, NKJV).
  • Please pray that the Library staff and volunteers would walk in the fullness of the grace of Jesus and allow “the lips of the righteous to feed many” (Proverbs 10:21).
  • As the Lord is creating the Library to be a haven for prayer meetings and events, please pray that we would rest in knowing “the Lord is faithful, and He will establish us and guard us from the evil one” (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
  • Please ask the Holy Spirit to lead each staff member and volunteer in sharing with guests the Lord’s promise that “He will yet fill your mouth with laughing, and your lips with rejoicing” (Job 8:21).
  • For the visitors who come and go at the Library from across the world, please ask that “the Lord shall preserve their going out and their coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore” (Psalm 121:8).
