“Time to Run” is a movie for people who love. It’s for people who laugh, who cry, and who allow themselves to be moved. It is a film of discovery . . . discovery that the human condition—loneliness, despair, frustration, emptiness—is not an endless condition.
This movie, produced be World Wide Pictures (WWP) in 1972, is the powerful coming-of-age story of Jeff Cole, a student environmentalist who shames the legacy of his father. Jeff abandons everyone who loves him, including his girlfriend Michelle. On the run from his family, the authorities, and most of all – God, Jeff finally confronts the deep hole in his life that only one thing can fill.
Originally seen by more than 6 million people in theaters, this timeless classic was just one of the 100 films produced by WWP between 1949-2004. Check out this trailer for “Time to Run.”
