Throughout the year we will be bringing you a behind the scenes look at the Library, with some things rarely seen and some for those who can’t physically visit the Library, and others to help you plan your visit.

Visitors to the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C., often stop by the Graham Brothers Dairy Bar cafe for lunch or an afternoon snack. Some of our tastiest treats are available here as well. Mother Graham’s pound cake—using her original recipe— as well as muffins, cookies, ice cream and milkshakes are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. But since fall is just around the corner, we are serving up slices of apple pie… and you can even get it a la mode!
