Friends gathered at the Library for the second annual Ladies Night Out.
Attendees enjoyed delicious finger foods and beautiful decorations.
Author and speaker Liz Curtis Higgs is known for books like "Bad Girls of the Bible," which touches on the hope and forgiveness we have in Christ.
The sold-out event drew more than 175 women.
Amid the busy holiday season, women can take a break and enjoy each other's company during Ladies Night Out.
Sharing stories about the women of Christmas and what we can learn from them. Higgs explored the stories of Elizabeth (Jesus’ cousin), Mary (Jesus’ mother) and Anna (a widowed prophetess)—and how those stories were woven into the birth of Christ.
Higgs had the audience smiling and laughing.
Door prizes included a selection of Christmas books.
Sneaking a selfie.
Higgs took time to chat with the women as she signed copies of her books.
