The Billy Graham Library has over 200 volunteers that serve year-round. Volunteering at the Library provides a rich community, and gives you a purpose in your work for the Lord. Serving hundreds of people from all over world on a daily basis helps you to see all God is doing and helps put your faith into sight. Meet four of the Billy Graham volunteers and hear about their time serving at the Library.

What is your favorite memory you have here volunteering?
“I had the opportunity to pray with a lady who was 86 years-old and had grown up in a church. Even though she had grown up in the church, she shared with me that she didn’t truly know Christ, so, I had the privilege of leading her to Christ in that moment.”

“My relationship with the Lord has grown immensely since being a volunteer at the Library. I have become more aware of the concerns of others and more aware of the responsibility of serving in some way to the Lord.”
What advice would you give someone considering volunteering at the Library?
“It is the most fulfilling thing you will ever be involved in. You are leading others, encouraging others, and strengthing others in Christ.”
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies – in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11
