January 6, 2025

When you go through The Journey of Faith at the Billy Graham Library, you’ll learn about Billy Graham’s life and ministry through photos, multimedia presentations, and memorabilia.

Current memorabilia includes Billy Graham’s book entitled Peace With God in multiple languages. The book, originally published in 1953, assesses the broken state of the world, presents the solution found in Jesus Christ, and teaches how to live out the Christian faith.

In accordance with the time, Mr. Graham used an old-fashioned Ediphone (sound recording device) to record the first draft of his written manuscript, which was published three months later.

Since its publication, Peace With God has been translated into over 50 languages with millions of copies distributed worldwide.

The translation efforts of this book are reflective of Billy Graham’s intentional work of sharing the Gospel to every nation and people.

The following is a section from Peace With God:

“Before sin entered into the human race, God and man had fellowship with each other. Now that fellowship is broken, and all communication between God and man is lost outside of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that man can ever again reestablish His fellowship with God. There are those who say that all roads lead to God. But Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me’ (John 14:6).”
